Machine learning and data science driving the evolution of recruitment

瀚纳仕日前发布新报告《招聘模式转变》对招聘行业的变革进行了调查。该调查发现,传统的以人力为主的“求职者-企业”配对方式现在结合了数据科学、机器学习、预测分析以及其它数字工具和技术。

In a new report launched by Hays earlier this month, "Recruitment Remodelled" examines the evolution of the recruitment industry where the traditional human-centric skills of matching candidates with organisations are now working hand-in-hand with data science, machine learning, predictive analytics and other digital tools and technologies.

Developments in data, machine learning, predictive analytics and digital technology have resulted in a transformation of the recruitment model with a fundamental change in the way organisations access and recruit much needed talent according to recruiting experts Hays.

China Youth 21st Century Skills National Competition opening

戴尔·希望工程2017中国青少年21世纪技能大赛日前在成都四川大学学术交流中心科技楼拉开帷幕。

The opening ceremony of Dell-Project Hope 2017 China Youth 21st Century Skills National Competition was successfully held recently in Chengdu .

本届大赛主题为“美丽地球我智造”,来自全国17个省市自治区的36所学校的144名外来务工人员子弟及农村学校的师生代表齐聚蓉城,在为期两天的“Scratch创意项目”、“课题研究报告”以及“微电影作品”三个项目中展开竞赛与评比。

Themed with "Sustainable Development of the Planet", the competition attracted more than 144 children of migrant workers and students and faculty of rural school from all 17 provinces and autonomous regions to gather in Chengdu. The completion consists of three parts, namely "Scratch Programming Competition ","Research Report and Oral Examination" and "Micro Film Competition", which last for two days.

围绕“美丽地球我智造”的主题,本届大赛鼓励学生关注身边的环境及社区发展问题,灵活运用Scratch软件,设计契合主题、立意新颖的作品。

Around the theme, the competition is aimed to encourage students to arouse the attention of environment and community issues and flexible use the Scratch to design the creative works.

UN Global Compact Network Singapore signs MOU with Global Green Connect

第五届全球绿色经济论坛日前在新加坡拉开帷幕。本届论坛以“‘一带一路’倡议——亚洲可持续发展的新模式”为主题。

The 5th annual Global Green Economic Forum kicked-off recently. Held under the title ‘Belt and Road Initiative – The New Asian Model of Sustainability’.

联合国全球契约新加坡网络(GCNS)与洁科财通于论坛上签署合作谅解备忘录,共同支持中小企业的可持续创新项目的融资与商务合作。

During the Forum, the United Nations (UN) Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) signed an MOU with Global Green Connect (GGC) in the presence of the Minister. The purpose of the MOU is to connect SMEs in the innovative sustainable solutions sector with business partners and financiers.

联合国全球契约新加坡网络执行董事洪伟森先生表示:“我们与洁科财通合作,可以帮助新加坡企业,特别是中小企业的可持续发展项目,对接合作伙伴与投资者,从而实现国际化发展。”

Wilson Ang, Executive Director, GCNS, said, "We are pleased to partner with GGC to help Singapore businesses, especially SMEs, to internationalize by connecting them with like-minded businesses and investors through corporate sustainability."

TIME Magazine recently named the MULTI elevator system by thyssenkrupp Elevator as one of its “25 Best Inventions of 2017”. The annual list spotlights the year’s inventions judged to offer the most potential to make the world better, smarter, and/or more enjoyable.

Unveiled in June, MULTI is the first elevator ever to be able to move both horizontally and vertically
